Rent winter gear for your Yellowknife visit so you can stay warmer and more comfortable during outdoor winter activities.

Winter gear rental is available as a standalone add-on and is also included where specifically stated in NWT Charter Services winter packages.

Typical rental gear may include cold-weather outerwear essentials such as a winter parka/jacket, snow pants or bib pants, winter boots, mitts or gloves, and other cold-weather items according to available inventory and size. Exact items depend on size availability, inventory condition, and operational requirements.

After booking, NWT Charter Services will confirm sizing information and arrange the pickup, delivery, or return procedure that applies to your itinerary and accommodation. Please provide accurate height, approximate weight, shoe size, and any special sizing needs as early as possible.

Rental gear must be returned in the condition provided, normal wear from winter use excepted. Guests are responsible for lost, damaged, or unreturned items.

Included: one day of winter gear rental per person for the booked date, sizing coordination, and pickup/return instructions.

Not included: purchase of gear, base layers, personal clothing, replacement charges for lost/damaged items, and delivery outside the confirmed service arrangement unless specifically agreed.

Inventory and sizes are limited. Substitute items may be provided when exact sizes or styles are unavailable.
