Pickup begins at the scheduled evening pickup time from the Yellowknife hotel or accommodation you provide when booking. Please wait inside the lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. Your driver-guide will come to your selected pickup location.

Unlike Aurora Hunting, this experience is based at a viewing location rather than moving between multiple viewing areas throughout the night. Guests have access to a warm shelter or venue according to the actual partner/location being used for that departure.

This product is intentionally described flexibly because the operating location can vary by date, partner availability, weather, road conditions, and operational requirements. NWT Charter Services does not promise a specific cabin, tipi, houseboat, fishing hut, or named venue unless that exact venue is confirmed for the booking.

Your host/guide provides local interpretation, Aurora information, and assistance during the evening. Warm beverages or light refreshments may be provided according to the venue and operating setup.

Included: shared evening Aurora viewing experience, Yellowknife hotel/accommodation pickup and drop-off, access to a warm shelter or venue according to the confirmed operating location, and local interpretation.

Not included: winter clothing rental unless booked separately or included in a package, personal expenses, and gratuities.
