Travel beyond Yellowknife on a scenic guided journey along Highway 3 in search of the Northwest Territories’ magnificent wood bison and the wide northern landscapes surrounding the North Arm of Great Slave Lake.

This is real wildlife country, not a fenced attraction. Bison often graze near the highway, but every tour is shaped by nature, weather, light, and luck. We stop for photographs and wildlife watching whenever it is safe. Guests may also spot foxes, lynx, bears, moose, wolves, birds, and other northern wildlife, although no sighting can be guaranteed.

The North Arm is always part of this tour. The drive offers sweeping views of boreal forest, open highway, and Great Slave Lake. Your guide shares stories about the animals, landscape, communities, and northern life while ensuring respectful wildlife-viewing practices.
